Installed on a 2012 Ultra Limited. Probably a 15 minute job at most. Used the included anti-seize on the bolt. I have learned on a previous cupholder (which is on it's 2nd motorcycle) to make sure it is real tight the first time. I have checked it multiple times and it has not come loose in the last 2200 miles. If you are really concerned, use a drop of Blue Loctite on it.Now as someone mentioned previously, do NOT use with a cup that has a vent hole in the lid. I found a lot of the drink came out that little hole and went all down the TourPak. Yuck! But as a Cupholder, it is excellent.
